What our socials are like
Our socials are the low-stakes ones: dinners, cookouts, run clubs, game nights, whatever sounded fun that month. The point is to give Christians in Charlotte somewhere to spend a weeknight together that is not a service and not a small group. Come on your own or bring friends. There is no programme, nobody is going to put you on the spot, and you can leave whenever you like.

Kingdom Kickbacks started in Charlotte in June 2024, out of a problem two people had after moving here: it is a city that fills up with young adults every year, and it is still genuinely hard to find people to spend an ordinary Tuesday with. We host three or four free events a month across the city, from South End and Camp North End to Optimist Hall and Warehouse242. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and we are not affiliated with any single church, which means anyone is welcome whether they have been going to church their whole life or have not been in years.
Coming along
Everything we host is open to anyone, and free unless a ticket is listed. You do not need to belong to a church, know anybody, or tell us you are coming. Most people turn up on their own the first time.
