This one has already happened. We host three or four events a month, so there is almost certainly another coming.

What our service events are like
Our service events put a group of us to work alongside a local organisation for a morning or an afternoon, doing whatever they actually need done. We keep them short, we bring the tools, and we make sure nobody is left standing around wondering what to do. No experience is needed and you do not need to bring anything. It is one of the easier ways to meet people, because it is much simpler to talk to someone while you are both busy.
Christian community in Charlotte
Kingdom Kickbacks started in Charlotte in June 2024, out of a problem two people had after moving here: it is a city that fills up with young adults every year, and it is still genuinely hard to find people to spend an ordinary Tuesday with. We host three or four free events a month across the city, from South End and Camp North End to Optimist Hall and Warehouse242. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit and we are not affiliated with any single church, which means anyone is welcome whether they have been going to church their whole life or have not been in years.
Coming along
Everything we host is open to anyone, and free unless a ticket is listed. You do not need to belong to a church, know anybody, or tell us you are coming. Most people turn up on their own the first time.
